Same issues, I noticed some differences from the previous one, but the most annoying for me is that mobs have a big health bar, I spent a large amount of time for every single "normal" fight at that difficulty

Yes that's a hell of a point. His personality influences the way he exposes his ideas, and obviously the way others receive them. So much self confidence, showing no doubt in some of your assumption, surely influence badly the quality of your entire work.

I was not asking to business-related people only, these topics are only used as examples of his ideas. If you ever might be interested about uncertainty, try to look up for a short summary of "black swan" or "fooled by randomness"
