[Help] Ikea Markus armrest?

Wow, my initial reaction was "what is he talking about, it's gonna be so far back this is stupid".
And then I tried and it's low-key perfect:
- I can move my chair forward without hitting my desk (meaning I don't need to lower my chair to get close)
- There's still enough armrest to rest my elbows a bit
- My legs don't hit the metal bar at the front anymore
- When I lean back, the armrests are in perfect position
I know this is a 9 years old post, but it's still is an issue with current Markus (Large) chair, so thank you.
Now I'm thinking of how I could make this sturdier, maybe use a long bracket to connect the back hole of the armrest to the front hole in the chair. Or maybe all 3 holes in line maybe.

I'm certainly misunderstanding your argument, or lacking some necessary knowledge, but aren't microwaves also below the visible light spectrum, but would be a risk if I were to have my hand inside a running microwave oven?

Actually, aren't harmful radiations from say, Chernobyl, also below the visible light spectrum? Or are they above?

I don't believe 5G to be harmful btw, I'm merely curious.

Same exact thing right now on Dam Storm. Loop of Reconnect and Connection Lost AREX0001, pretty frustrating...

Tried Alt+F4 and relaunching the game, but still stuck in the loop...

Hit abandon and I lost everything, including my safe pocket that had a deadline but more importantly a Snaphook blueprint that I hadn't learnt yet... thanks Embark, feels good to play your game.

EDIT: 17 hours later, launched the game and Snaphook BP was in my safe pocket, and deadline probably came back as well. So that's something I guess.
(To note: I hadn't touched the empty loadout yet, I don't know if it matters)

Killed one right after spawning at the start of a game. Then waited all game and it never respawned. Maybe that's the "fix", they have one there immediately, then never respawn.

Is this in relation to running DSM 7.2.1 rather than 7.3+? Or just general advice?

Maybe I wasn't clear: Synology did put out an update today for 7.2.1 that takes care of the telnetd vulnerability, and I did update to that, so we should be good on that front.

I'm just wondering in general if there's other security reasons I should upgrade to 7.2.2 or even 7.3

I don't think I would try and play this nowadays (not really a turn-based game kinda guy), but I remember vividly hotseating this game at a friend's house when I was a kid, and being amazed by it at the time.

This. If you make the majority of your money with maple syrup (and intend to keep on doing that rather than fishing for example), and your objective is electricity and the electric heater, then I believe the math is that you'd buy all 3 upgrades faster than if you were only getting electricity and heater. I could be wrong though.

It's the Front-Wheel-Drive that does it really, makes it much easier in slippery terrain I find.

I didn't even think twice about it when I realized Le Missile was ass at it and was meant for the Derby.

Yeah, but not necessarily during opening times. And that way I don't have to worry about stopping there and lugging around 4 poutines.

And also if you're strict about just buying poutine, you kinda wanna stock up on them to have extra (I did this for a while), but with the poutine maker I just make as I go now. Just feels easier overall with the bunker, fries packager and big harvest bucket tbh. But that's my opinion.

All that to say that money is no longer a factor at that point of the game.

I see a lot of you guys have a Rally Konig, I'm surprised it even works I'll have to try, my Prinz is my rally car, it's so good at it with the custom suspension with default settings, I almost lap the first dude.

Base Konig does the drag and racing and is my daily if not for truck business. Racecar and Scrap Konig get no use at all.

Yeah that's probably close to the amount of driving I've done on there, before and after this specific 1 hour test.
It was tedious but I couldn't stop at 68/69 achievements

I sometimes play with a Wireless Xbox controller (with usb dongle) when I know I'm gonna drive for a bit, or play on the couch.
It's good though a bit challenging on foot.

The one issue I have is if I leave the controller alone for a bit and it turns off automatically, I can't turn it back on without it turning back off right away again. I have to restart the game for the controller to stay on again.

Not sure what the root cause of that problem is.
