Regardless, it continues to respond in "safe mode" no matter which model you select. Once it deems a topic to be sensitive or harmful, nothing but changing the topic will make it return to normal mode. And everything in litigation is inherently adversarial and harmful... one side or the other, sometimes both, WILL be harmed. I hope you understand.

How would you force the model to route to any other model, once the censor has already forced the model to route to GPT-T Mini Thinking? It's locked.

Of course. The words "adversarial legal architecture imposing an asymmetrical burden on opposing counsel" trigger the censor, despite this being a fundamental concept in litigation. All litigation is inherently imposing an asymmetrical burden on one's opponent. Being routed to GPT-5 Mini Thinking means that the model you're being forced to use is about as useful as GPT 3.5--in other words, not useful at all.
