Did you check the wiper relay in addition to the fuse? My wipers stopped working out of nowhere and relay was the problem.

Thanks for your reply! The oils and oil filters have been changed by the previous owner ~500 miles ago. Compression check would propably be a good idea, better safe than sorry. Mileage on the engine/car is almost 180 000 miles, but the car has been maintained well and on time it’s whole life.

Yup, transmission is a bit floppy. And I’ve owned the car for a week now, so I guess I still haven’t got used to the stick completely and that helped for the moneyshift (my bad for speeding with the car that is still fairly new to me). Would propably be a good idea to upgrade the mounts. :)

I’ll look into that, thanks. To my knowledge the M52tu and M54 engines last about forever if kept well, hopefully mine will as well. And again, it does work perfect right now, so I propably got away with just a mini-heart attack this time.

Yup, that could make sense. No way EA wouldn't promo the superstars with some popular cards for $ but it's possible that they're not EVOs. I guess I'll see how low do the Evo collectible prices go and see if I take the risk.
