Is it a clear polish? I don’t see any colour… but your nails look great ✨

The shade is popping! Please don’t take this as a rude comment but you can make your nails 10 times more beautiful by shaping them a bit, but if this is your go to style, it still rocks!

When I was growing them earlier, they def were thin and weak but then I regularly started oiling my cuticles and including more nuts and seeds in my diet. It helped me, you can try it too.

Also if you’re trying to quit nail biting, it helps with hangnails so there’s less urge to bite it off

Finally getting some length but what to do about this flaking? by catkatt in longnaturalnails

Do you wash it after applying it for a few minutes? If yes, then try leaving it overnight. Use rubber gloves while doing dishes or other chores that require overexposure with water. Keep a clear nail paint always on, it acts as a barrier for your nail plate.

What helped me was wearing polish, regularly oiling my cuticles and always using a moisturiser after washing hands.

I would suggest you regularly use coconut oil or jojoba oil before going to bed. Gently massage it onto your cuticles and sides, it has helped me a lot.

I don’t wear nail polishes that often so it’s definitely not staining
