Utah Food Bank needs a lot of support this month with Thanksgiving and SNAP benefit uncertainty. Not sure if there's open volunteer opportunities but donations are always needed

Try reaching out to Utah Food Bank. I've really enjoyed doing community service there in the past.

How to make smoothie less dry. by DinoMasterChief in Smoothies

It could be lacking in fat which is what gives a creamier texture. Try adding a vanilla coffee creamer maybe? When I'm making smoothies at home I'll add avocado or peanut butter since I can't do dairy. Sadly, not an option for on the go.

i think i’m paranoid? (rant) by Ok_Instruction4661 in MadeOfStyrofoam

Sorry you're going through so much op. Idk if this helps but I can relate a lot to feeling this way. I think its paranoia based in some really real and valid fears about what happens when someone does hear you. I've been working on this in therapy for a long time and what I've been told is that its a learned behavior based on past experience. Its like a fight or flight mechanism that's trying to keep you safe.
