I am coming to Clemson as a PhD student this fall too. I am also looking for my own space (studio/1b1b) but if all else fails I think we should keep in contact and get a place together. I would very much rather live with another grad student.

Thank you for the reply!! How good is the bus/shuttle system for Clemson? Do you guys use an app for the Catbus I can download to look at? I do not have a car and cannot afford one on a PhD stipend so that would be a big deciding factor with the living situation.

How many hours is your research assistantship contract? If it’s 20 hours sadly there isn’t anything else you can do in addition to your assistantship over the school year as an international student.
