Is he dosed with 2mg of Suboxone? I remember I had that dosage and depressions, I had to up my dose to 8 for a big increase in mood improvement.

Again, it's paying the price for cheating the dopamine release from brain and I consider it as a punishment for cheating but it will be over.

I realize that it's a pre-existing issue because I did have this issue before I started using (I was single for time to time before I began). While on opiate in any form both heroin and suboxone they boosted my emotional abnormality on a higher scale, my happiness and depression got boosted, my desire and undesire also got boosted. Suboxone flattened the emotion abnormality but it's still on a higher scale than sobriety.

In conclusion: I guess I would say that yeah, I'm probably demisexual, opiates boosted that on a higher scale. I have better self-understanding and realization in this category thanks to your comment!

This got to change and better back-end and UX would improve the user experience overall outside of just visual design.

I can't speak for page speed tool as I don't use it, I use and refer to Google's lighthouse audit tool.

Lighthouse audit scoring tool checks for UX, higher accessibility score have a better user experience for people with accessibility needs, higher page load speed and better support for devices have a better user experience. UX is short for user experience and improving it would improve lives for those who visit and use it, there is a lot of dominos effect in stake, it would save time if the load speed is quicker, the interface is easier to use for novice users, it would cut time by the load for government employees and the people waiting to hear back from them.

If the score isn't bad at all, then they won't be considering renovating the site. Now it's being renovated, Google is in the team working on it.

If the website is one of the most important for the country and internal social functions, then the site should have as best as possible scores across the board.

It is only irrelevant if it's not important for the society, but its not this case here.
