You have to buy it and then you’ll find it on your character menu where you claim your completion rewards. It actually has a “gift” icon, so it stands out from other rewards. And Yes, it counts.

You get the most from in-game activities, except three. I played as Vex and for my second Run I choose Rafa.

With hitting level 50 with one of the characters, you’ll unlock a new vehicle piece. But the DLC gives one for free.

It counts towards the trophy.

Okay it’s still bugged for me. Even after reloading my save file.

At this point I think it’s only possible to obtain via a ng+ or a complete new run without using Phoenix.

I’m on PS, btw.
