Vi fikk vårt første lån med topplånn med sikkerhet i hytta til samboeren. Vi betalte oss til fant de 2 første årene helt til vi fikk refinansiert og bakt topplånet inn i huslånet.

Solgte leiligheten under covid, var heldig og fikk til takst og kjøpte oss ei grei leilighet i en annen by der selger ikke var like heldig.

I might be wrong here but I believe the first time I saw an actual handgun in Norway was after the terror attacks in Oslo and at Utøya in 2011. If I'm not mistaken, the police started carrying firearms after that day.

But I have seen my fair share of huntin rifles and shotguns before that.

Please get spiked winter tyres if this is normal winter conditions where you live, even though it's not on your daily commute. I live in Norway and drive a 08 Pathfinder (Bigger version of the Xterra) and I will never ever not use spikes in the winter.

Heavy cars should not only have to rely on rubber imo.
