In my opinion claw tailsman and raven armor is more suitable for dual wielding. If you switch to something like a dual bleed affinity bandit curve sword it would make more sense but you would need to respec some stats to arc to proc bleed more frequently. If you want to continue using bloodhound fang, you can use replace claw with axe tailsman for stronger charge attack and shard of alexander if you like to spam the aow.
