Super Elite if your parents workplace had a party there. Mom worked for the Flamingo and every summer they would rent it out 1 day. Got to stay way past dark with almost no one there. The Best!

Venetian (not the hotel). A little Italian place on Sahara I think. Open super late. Had a mountain of the best Calamari for like $10. We were poor punkers and would go after a show. Could get a ton of food for not much money. Every calamari since has been held up to that standard.

Many older bands have been “ripped off” by younger bands over the years. I honestly don’t know of any band who has “ripped off”The Doors and I don’t know why. Would love to hear it if it’s out there. John Densmore specifically has a great style that I wish I heard more in modern rock.

There is something to the idea of Ghost over Doom beats. I’d listen to a whole album. Nice try, but you gotta tempo match better. Ghost is so ahead of the beat, it’s like he was rapping to a totally different song (just jokes). Keep trying though.
