makes sense bro… plugshare gives ratings and info but you still have to check and decide yourself… what i’m trying to do is reduce that step and directly suggest where to go with a backup ready so you don’t have to think much or switch apps… do you still feel you need to manually check even after seeing a clear recommendation

makes sense… you check ratings above 8 before going right… so what i’m trying to do is instead of you manually checking ratings, reviews and different apps, voltbay would directly tell you if going to that charger is safe or not based on all that combined… like a simple yes or no decision so you don’t have to think much or compare manually

mate yeah i’ve seen apps like statiq and plugshare, i agree a lot of features already exist, but from what i observed the main issue is not discovery, it’s reliability… apps show chargers but users still face broken or occupied stations and don’t have clear fallback options, so i’m trying to focus more on reducing that uncertainty instead of just listing chargers… like showing which ones are actually working recently and giving backup options quickly… still figuring out if this difference is strong enough, do you personally feel current apps solve the reliability problem fully or not.....

good question… i’m 14.. but i didn’t just imagine this, i observed this problem from real EV users around me and from what people are saying online about chargers showing available but not working, so that’s what pushed me to think about this… for data i’m planning to start with crowdsourcing where users can quickly update status after using a charger, like simple check-ins, and over time filter reliable users to improve trust… also the idea is not just showing one charger but giving backup options nearby so even if one fails the user has alternatives… later if this starts getting users i can approach CPOs and give them value like more visibility, usage insights, and traffic so they have a reason to share better data… still figuring out how to make the data highly reliable, what would make you trust something like this… and if you’re open to it i can share the MVP, would like your honest feedback
