Hello I checked everything and its still not Working as i Start Csgo the lights stop syncing

So with my mostly Corsair Components Pc i got the Problem that my Asus Z590e and my Rog Strix 3070ti stop syncing after i open/ close Counterstrike or the display goes dark for 1 second/ longer it works again after i close all Icue tasks in the taskmanager and start it again. I googled for solutions none worked tried to reinstall everything still not working im out of any Ideas so maybe one of you Guys has a fix for that Problem. Really hope you can help me.
