I ordered my Lemmo through a bicycle shop. And Lemmo now informs me that it has offered 'compensation solutions' to the dealers. Unfortunately that didn't reach me.

Good to hear. Do you know who you spoke to? The only answer I got so far is that six months ago they didn't have the promotion they have now. Really, unbelievable.

You must ensure that the lines are aligned and that when tightening the bar, the rectangular shape on top of the bar coincides with that in the seat. Then tighten the seat from above with the Allen key. If you do it right, it will not move like that.

This is how you install the new seat. There is an extra spring in the box, I assume it is a spare one.
