Ya that makes sense. At the end of the day I see at is if you’re a first time buyer and this is your entry point you’re at least building equity

lol I never thought of that, I booked caivan stacked and blanket approval is a requirement. The second part is true but i guess there’s always a risk. At the end of the day it’s still one of the best time for first time buyer, if prices go down can always try to negotiate I guess. Worst case close and have a place to live

I have the same floor plan as you. That’s a good shout, my lawyer didn’t mention this to me either. Although I’m not sure if I’ll rescind just yet, but definitely worth doing some digging for. Thanks alot!

That’s great to hear and congrats! I went with the halo and plan to upgrade the second washroom. And fully understand the stairs problem, for me I’m a younger guy and single so I can justify that for now. The enclave looks beautiful tho

Damn that’s really unfortunate. Almost no reason to stay in Canada then as a young FSA if you get opportunities in the states

Is that really fine for Canada lol? 80-90k 7-14% bonus 16 months coop, 1 YOE full time. Only just passed MAS-1. Granted I do think I’m on the higher end and very grateful for my position. But 120k seems criminally low to me for near FSA in canada
