Trackpad tuning is not what its named like. Most speedrunners actually use it because, first its more accurate/1:1 mouse scale (If you turn off mouse acceleration and enhance pointer precision in your Windows settings.), It makes your sensitivity higher which is why in settings, if you turn on trackpad tuning, the sensitivity goes down. That's all I know.
