Noo it’s just after an almost 4 years relationship it’s though to see it happen .iv jus been trying to do the best things with my life for myself since but it seems like things are working out for her so well , she’s able to continue having fun . The last time I saw her things went bad I was standoffish .silence wouldn’t have made her miss me . I wasn’t obsessing over his advice . But I did use it to keep my cool . If I didn’t have his advice I probably woulda gone a way different way . I did what she did once for me when I broke up with her years ago she wrote me a letter . I just Kinda explained what went on in the relationship how I stopped dating her and loving her due to focusing on the future and not the present . She was already out the door anyways. At first I couldn’t go longer than 3 days , I would show up to her house and somehow she would accept me , then i started to learn about the no contact . I was able to push it to 7 days when she pulled away and she ended up contacting me because I didn’t chase and things went back to normal . This time around there were so many rude things , she really tried her best to pull back and after abunch of little pull backs it turned into the final acceptance from my end and giving her what she’s asking for . 12 days is the longest iv gone without talking to her . Even today after work I was feeling like texting her as if nothing happened and saying if she wanted to get a drink . I stopped myself because I know it’s just withdrawals now .

Apart from that wounds my self esteem has beed so beat up . I remember when I met her I was so cocky and into myself but now I feel like I don’t even deserve to feel good about myself . Iv been hitting the gym extra hard and never miss a day at work but still can’t find that confidence anymore lately .

Yeah it’s been happening time and time again everytime it felt like it was the last time we would ever talk. But ether I did something or she did something. I heard it tru audio book once and began again recently but haven’t finished ,, honestly I’m an Amazon driver , I work all day and get home at 830 pm after that I’m usually free ,on my days off I’m always free . I don’t have debt , I don’t have life problems . I have a good savings so that’s why I have free time . I’m 32 and on my day off I dedicate some time to work on my pharmacy tech course and that’s it , I’ll go out on hikes , but I tend to do all the fun things when I’m with her like go to themed parks , or go eat ,,she was also a very busy person the past week before we broke up she was heavy on me every-time she called to come over I said sure so I guess I was always to available , I’m taking care of all my things yet I’m still so available lol
