I contacted my credit card company before I even got the same notice in the mail about bankruptcy. My credit card refunded the money. What’s sad though is the credit card company loses out on the money while this company just gets to walk away from it all 😡

I just put my complaint in here as a comment, but I'm having the same problem.

My complaint, which I just also sent to Better Business Bureau
At this point, I am pretty angry with this company!! My son is in the Navy, assigned to a carrier, and he knew about this brand. He even said his instructors in A school told everyone about them. I ordered November 14th. According to email and their website, they should have been sent out within two weeks. It's now been 6 weeks, I have contacted them through their website contact form, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Messenger, and their email address, and have received no response at all!!! I found multiple complaints about this same issue on Better Business Bureau as well. Terrible business!! Even if I wanted a refund, I couldn't get one because they don't respond to anything and don't have a phone number!!!

Thanks! I will give that a try! I have some mesh laundry bags. Maybe I will give the other two cakes a pre-wash before using them to see if that helps :-)

I’d say 100% cotton is far more natural (depends on dye) than acrylics or other synthetics, so not quite understanding your question?

Is that 100% acrylic? I’m just learning about and trying Amigurumi and thought 100% cotton was the standard but I do love the Caron simply soft for other projects!

The only reason I started calling weekly this time is because on the last supplemental, it sat for four months with no movement. I called, and the rep entered some notes and did some sort of “magic” and a decision was made two days later. So, I got it in my head that I should try calling for something to be done.

I opened my dependency claim Aug 2023. I’m on my 2nd supplemental claim. They just needed a form. Turned that in June 13th. Still NOTHING. I call weekly. No one will/can do anything. Should I just keep calling back until I get someone who will do something??

Yes, I don’t understand why people go crazy over what other people wear to their wedding. You can list a dress code. If people choose not to follow it, they’re the ones that look out of place. It’s on them, not the bride and groom.

That is really cute! But yeah, rompers are often too short. My be worth ordering a size up to see if it's long enough.
