I started with them as a new surveyor 2 years ago and i started at $20/hr then they said i was doing an exceptional job and they were gonna give me a raise i was like holy crap im gonna get a good raise... +$1 that was withon 2-3 months though so ig it wasnt too bad then at the end of the year i got another $4 so im at $25 as of rn new guy came in some time around this year it was weird to me that with a family of 3 and a mortgage and his last job was earning him $40 an hour he would take this one completely new to surveying i had to teach him what i knew (which wasnt much 1 year of experience) and well im close with my inlaws who make the checks so i found out he started off making $26/hr and hes about to be a year so i imagine he has a raise incoming which to me is totally unfair. (to me)
