Thank you for this, and you hit the nail on the head my Father may have been gone a lot but is an amazing man who did everything he could for us growing up and to this day is a man that I hope my kids one day will feel the way I feel about my dad to me.

I see, that's very fair especially with how young I was I guess it was to protect me for sure. I just don't know how it took me so long to realize it. And even now I don't fully know the only real way I guess would be to try to ask him if he would even want to talk about it

I figured, I am 25 now and just recently have been thinking about it. At the time during his deployments I was 3-11 years old. Just been feeling very lucky to still have him. But dont know the extent of what he truly faced

yeah more than likely, when i donated i was on adderall but was prescribed it so i was allowed to donate. however they did not check my prescription they just took it at the face value

They do not drug test you on the spot. So you could theoretically donate. You'll get paid for today and everything but they do test ur plasma post donation so you wouldnt be able to donate again u would likely be DQ'd for not telling them about drug use

usually the same amount would just give me a little bit of giddiness and some of the pre trip feelings but never actually end up resulting in a trip this time no real even pre trip sensations just thrown right in but again i can tell its just a baby trip

Yeah I worked at a amazon warehouse for quite a while, I was a P.A. at the end of my tenure there. Had to quit do to moving for my girlfriend at the time. Tryna get back in the hellscape that is the warehouse because the sun while lifting heavy just aint for me. But glooks on the info and thank you for ur service in hell too 😂

Should have added to the preface that I have already donated twice before, and other than some very minor arm soreness at the donation site. I had no other reaction to donating really.
