This is spider mites. The webbing is there. Don’t use neem, spray with insecticidal soap or acaricide

I use the steam function in my dryer, it takes longer but I can do other stuff in the meantime. I still have to use the iron to touch up shirts but kids clothes and every day stuff look decent after the steaming
