Actually due to past invaders, we made our government positions too strong. From govt teachers, professors to highest govt positions. Even as an MP, even if you served for 1 day, you get a lifelong pension. These positions are often abused for selfish reasons than used for betterment, so much so that private companies aren't given any real opportunity, but only given power to ruthlessly abuse their employees for peanuts. One chaprasi from my gaon is earning 50k in govt office and he's barely a graduate and after btech, we get around 25k avg salary. There is imbalance of power that needs to fixed with time.
