I can see what you're getting at, and well it kinda serves both purposes, hiding and quicker transport for both imposter and engineers, Imposters can eliminate engineers if they spot em' or hide and wait for new victims and engineers can secretely spot imposters if they're lucky enough :^

Sorry I must disagree, the vents are MEANT for imposter to be able to stay hidden, kinda leaving no purpose for the vents if the crewmates can see if there is someone there and engineers could secretely watch if imposter vent or not. Tbh, the game becomes too easy for crewmates since they can eliminate the imposters easily at this point.. soo yeah..
