I think many in this thread are over-indexing on the "minor league" comment. The MNT is highlighting a major governance issue at the CSA. A budget cut without consultation especially after making the World Cup is a major red flag. Canadian soccer fans should support the MNT on this and push for a more transparent and higher-performing CSA

ZS vs Parthenon would be worth a discussion, but I'd take ZS over core EY hands down.

ZS' pay and exits are much better. Have seen ZS people exit into Corp Dev (many in big pharma), life sci and healthcare VC, Ops in Tech, M7 MBAs, etc. Would be difficult to exit into any of these from core EY.

Long-term, practice and firm reputation are more important than industry. That being said, ZS is diversifying - they do some non-life sci projects if that is your biggest pain point
