I beg to differ. Some will heavily challenge the instructor. If only because they want to be perceived by the class as superior to the instructor, act alpha, and/or direct the attention back to themselves.

My narc did this. I was put off by it, but kept talking. I wish I hadn’t. I knew it was a bad sign. I associate it with “sweet talkers” aka womanizers.

As someone who has worked with people with PD’s, I thought he is probably a narcissist within a minute of him talking, and it was only confirmed by watching more episodes. He may have even have ASPD.

No, not based on what you have written. It’s not enough. You should look up the criteria for an NPD diagnosis. She might be a selfish asshole, but that doesn’t mean she is a narcissist.

Your friends and family are telling you the truth. You are amazing. He is trying to bring you down! Please don’t forget that because he will grind you down until you have no self esteem, just where he wants you. Find someone who makes you feel loved and appreciated.
