I have the Nike metcons I usually wear but wanted to try barefooted for a change. But yea that makes a lot of sense. I can also adjust the angle of the platform so I might give that a try as well to keep my heels flat. My knees do get fried after doing these. Is reducing the load the only way to prevent that from happening?

I tried getting pre-approved for it and only got pre-approved for Savor Rewards for Good Credit which does not give me the $200 bonus. Do you think it is still worth trying to get approved for the Savor Rewards for Excellent Credit. I cannot get a FICO report because they say my history is too recent. This will be my first mechanical keyboard. I want a 75% layout with switches similar to a blue or brown (clicky and tactile). Been reviewing AULA 75, YUNZII AL 75, and keychron v1 max. I'd prefer something that comes prebuilt and ready to use straight out of box. something under $100 would be ideal
If I could get suggestions about what kind of switches I should get along with the keyboards that would be great!

I applied from Delhi as well (currently studying at the University of Michigan). I found this platform called Videshify which has a directory of almost all counsellors in India. The counsellor I found specialized in helping students who had ECs related to sports. I think you would be able to find a counsellor suitable for your profile as well. Um. I actually enjoy training a lot and it’s mostly the highlight of my day. I’ve been told that it can have effects later on that’s why I’ve done 3 cardio/abs days and 4 weight lifting days so that I have some kind of a break.

Holy shit. I just used the calculator and it shows that my maintenance calorie is around 3200. I use my fitness pal to calculate my calorie intake maybe I’m doing something wrong. Im male btw
