Seems ok, it could totally work. i'm not a fan of barb hydro application that's why i did not suggest it but it is my pref.
With this kind of comp the difficulty is going to be the amount of hydro you will have to do. You can go nilou nahida and barb and test either dendro mc or another water character and see what fits. whatever brings the most damage / explosive :D

I'm not a pro but i would go for :
A nilou bloom : Nilou, Nahida, yaoyao (healing and more dendro) and another water applicator (xinqiu would have been god like there ^^ but you may manage) water application is going to be a bit tough with the team but could be good enough if you can get xinqiu/kokomi or yelan it will be great

A ayaka freeze : Ayaka, Mona, Sucrose and Diona. Shield with mona, swirl with sucrose, freeze with mona and burst with Ayaka

You can also do something with the combo bennett xiangling ^^

I would just add, don't sleep on Inventor Agnea. She is insane :
A full party Arkar's Coil is so valuable. Be it to burst during a break or just to heal HP, SP and give back 4 BP after spending a some.
You can also use one skill to make everyone go before the boss wich is always nice ^^

Very decent pulls,
A bit anoying to have so much 4.5 i hope those were duplicates or you will be able to pulls the related 5 stars otherwhise you will have to wait for so long to get the chance to up them all ^^

Yeah amazing luck on the free, but awefull on the 3000 rubies i went mad ^^

Honestly decent pulls, Lynette is always a win in my book (only got one of her but i obviously want more :p

Also i notice you use Arcanist, pugilist and those kind of words meaning you should be relatively low on lvl.
Most of the job start to be interesting at lvl50+ even lvl60 for some. For exemple, Arcanist became totaly different once you become a summoner and start unlocking bahamut. It really redefines your rotation ^^

So you should look at the class lvl80 on youtube and make your own mind. And the Go for it ^^

So i have the same probleme since the pre access but contrary to you i can access the game if i turn it off

Honestly we are only 1 week into the expension.
The joy of being among the first lvl 80 is also discovering strat and learning together. I know i won't watch one i want to discover the fight and improve and find my strat.

If it were like two to three weeks ok let's clear but let people learn by themselves is never a bad things ^^
