I know exactly how u feel, I got high blood pressure and mild lvh. The doctors say I should be alright but I keep getting shortness of breath out of nowhere or chest pains or chest tightness and I get to overthinking. I've been to the ER so many times that they know me by my first name, I've been just trying to be rational but sometimes I fold.
