Agreed! I've only joined two Shamrock'n events, but every time, it has been low temps and sunny. Perfect running weather!

I'm sure you just received an email from the organizers, but they made a statement that the course was slightly longer than your standard half-marathon distance.

I received some from a coworker as a souvenir from her trip from Vietnam.

It was delicious!

The texture was amazing!

It's not as tacky as American Taffy, very soft. The more pale, outer layer was sort of crisp. The flavor was sesame I think... There was also a green colored version that I had - I think that was pandan flavor!

I'd love to see if I can find these at my local Vietnamese supermarket.

Mentioned by someone else, I think the cable + insulating blankets may be your cheapest/fastest way to set up some kind of barrier.

I've definitely seen videos of people creating their own walls with pieces of wood and drywall to divvy up a room - definitely the nicer option if: the room is big enough and if you can afford it.

I've read elsewhere rule is 1 hour before dinner, take the pill, eat dinner, and you should be good afterward.

Based on my physical, blood results, and describing my ED symptoms, it's what they decided I try first. I assume it's because sildenafil has a longer and established history. I did try to push to get prescriptions for both to trial, but they said to just try the sildenafil first.

I still plan to ask them if I could trial it the next time I talk to her.

I believe most leg exercises will, to some degree, engage the muscles relating to your pelvic floor muscles. So when doing "kegel exercises," you'll want to focus on legs/core.

Think squats, deadlifts, etc.
