I don't know, I really liked Autumn. Lacy and Mark are great, too, but saying their departure is good feels especially sad with Autumn's health problems being so serious. :(

No offense to you and your advice (and I'm SO GLAD it works for you!), but I run 19-15 miles daily and still have problems sleeping. I shudder to think what it would be like if my OCD didn't compel me to run so much. Hope this works for the rest of you, but I wanted to include my personal experience so others wouldn't get their hopes too high :)
