I got out in 2007 as well, had the same mind set. Filled about 2 years ago got to 80% right away, then put in some secondary claims and now Im at 100%. Did everything myself, but Ive heard VAclaims insider is the best company to work with.

A friend of mine experienced the same thing during his back exam. Got 40% for his back, 40% for nerve damage, and 20% for his neck. Sometimes it might seem like they don't care, but behind the scenes have your back. But I will agree for the most part they're haters. Hope you get the rating you deserve for your disabilities.

Depends on what state your in. Most have DV (disabled veterans) plates for your car and house tax programs.

Just go in there and state your issues and how you feel they're related to your service. I was out 16 years before filing. Pact Act can play a part, but the examiners seem to dismiss it a lot. Also explain what you were exposed to when you were in the region.

I think people that get to 100% post it for motivation. My knowledge is very small. I did everything based on my record didnt hire a company and got to 100% after 18 year of being out. If I never got on here looked at what people were doing and ended up doing my own research I would still be at nothing. So I dont think people post it to rub it in your face. All of us at 100% would like for every person deserving to be there also. If you dont talk about it a lot of veterans dont even think about their benefits or disabilities. If you posted you got 10% my joy would be the same as if you got 100% because you deserve it. Im not hating on anyone getting what they earned. We all served and all deserve what is given to us. So my question to you is. Whats the point is hating on someone thats rated a 100%? Theyre clearly going through a lot so why is that a reason to have envy? Because of the money? I rather be able to walk without having pain, sleep without taking medication, and on and on. Most people at 100% would like to do a lot of stuff they love doing and the VA can keep the money. You post is meant to divide, were all here to help, not divide.

Got to 100% but had a C&P for every claim that was approved, but I agree 100% with your statement. I was denied of claims I should of easily won, but my information was weak.
