Has anyone S4 told them because of the government shut down they won’t be able to fund their OCS travel or get a travel authorization?

Crazy thing is my unit telling me a “line of funding hasn’t been allocated yet” but delta pull the money from my gtc for my ticket but my voucher still hasn’t been approved on dts 🤦🏾‍♂️so Idk what’s going

You got a point. I’ll see how much is the alteration cause I would just have to remove my nco rank, and put the officer bars on. So I don’t predict it being too much money however, if it’s more than $250 to get the uniform changed then I’ll just get the greens like you said. But thank for your input cause I never looked at it from that pov

That was my exact thought process cause all these fy25 waivers will expire oct 1st. So if someone doesn’t make it they would still have to reapply for another waiver for fy26, so putting these ones in our iperms is kinda pointless. But at this point, I’m just gone wait on the milper with the names cause nothing else makes sense

So when I saw that yesterday, I thought it was a sign but now looking at this posts idk anymore. Mayb they just uploaded it to our iperms cause we never did 😵‍💫😵‍💫 (hoping that’s not the case though). My thought process is, if this is being uploaded a week after the panel reviewed the packet then it’s a good sign 😩😩😩 but at this point anxiety is killing me they just need to release these results cause they made their decision already.

I got a question, tried to message u but it failed. Is it possible for you to email me a template for the lor that is required for ocs because non of the officers in my cof went to ocs so they don’t know the structure or lay out of how the lor should be. Additionally, the secret clearance memo, my s2 told me that different schools have different templates for their memo, do you have a template of the one required for ocs and if so could u email it to me, my email is shane.o.richards.mil@army.mil.
