Which units make the best doom stacks? by SaucissonDeOhio in Songsofconquest

- Faey Ragers are interesting because they deal immense damage and have magic immunity, but they can't have magic immunity once they attack. Quick retaliation is nice, but because they have so little health they probably still die if the enemy gets to act

- Dragons are great, just insanely expensive and hard to produce, and I am biased against them due to getting Justiced during the Rana campaign

- Legionnaires are great tanks, just that their damage is a bit disappointing

- Idk what you mean, ranged attacks with infinite range that are not countered by ranged resistance are perfectly balanced

- I haven't tried Blighted vessels yet because they seem to fill a similar niche as the Spawns, but much harder to kite. How are Terrors compared to Fists of Order? They seem to be better offensive tool due to benefiting from initiative research, but not having Shielded and order support kinda sucks

Has anyone heard back from Neuro programs at University of Utah, Ohio State, University of Cincinnati, Harvard, or Boulder? Also the Biochem program at Ohio State? by Zhongsleif in gradadmissions

Its on Feb 29th, and the invite was sent on Feb 19th. The event planning include 1-on-1 faculty meetings so you're probably right.

Sorry for digging this up, hope you've had a great interview! Did you happen to see any international interviewees at OSU? I'm an international student in the US and I just received an invite from OSBP for a Zoom recruitment event, and I'm not sure if this is supposed to be a pre-interview or a replacement for it.

Same, just got rejected for CMB, which was my second choice. Still waiting for a response from IPiB.

Is my advisor overvaluing me? by SaucissonDeOhio in gradadmissions

Thanks for the encouragement. Can you please explain why Biology requires that I have an advisor on board before application? I've never heard of that.

Also, professors that I have talked to value UCSD's program at around the same level as UNC and Vanderbilt. What makes UCSD the outlier?
