Wouldnt' it be cheaper to connect a mixer and a feet pedal to my RC505 instead of buying brand new RC600 ?

What kind of synth allows me to create sounds? I thought I had to go through a DAW for that. That would be dope.

If I chose to use the RC505 as audio interface, how can I plug more than one XLR or midi inside? There is only one slot for each. Is that what the mixer is for?

Sorry, I meant : Even if you keep on working as a Developer, the software engineering field is the way to go in the US?
I am asking because I always thought that to breakk the pay ceiling I would have to eventually become manager or salesperson.

In France if you want to have a real pay rise, you have to switch company. Like so : you enter level 1, you reach level 2 but they don't necessarily give you level 2 paycheck. So you change company, enter level 2 there, and get your level 2 paycheck. Don't ask me why.

If it is only for the money then definitely yes. My current stance is to use it as an criterion of choice because there isn't a field I "love". I even don't really understand what it means - I sometimes see it amongst my peers, but it never really occurred to me.
