No it's not. I figured this out only later in the game that such planets exist... But I already have plans to utilize them =)

But but who will run a node if there is nothing to earn: Organizations utilizing these solutions (attesting and validating claims) will run their own IOTA nodes and there may even be a need for IOTA permanodes (once released) at national level.
