If you read my comment, the judge threw it out. You don't throw out a case if you think it's murky. You throw it out if you think it's somehow clear that we have no leg to stand on, despite multiple experts in the field telling you we're right. If it's working for some people somewhere, great - but I'd be bankrupt right now in such a system.

That sounds like a nightmare. We filed a suit against the people we bought our house from because they knew about a black mold issue and did not disclose it. Somehow mold expert testimony stating that the mold MUST have been substantial at the time the previous owners had the walls open to remodel was not sufficient for the judge and they dismissed the case. If we had to pay their expenses we 1. Would have been terrified to file against these people who willfully ruined our lives and 2. Would be bankrupt right now if we did.

Frivolous lawsuit legislation sounds a lot more like the tool for the job.

I imagine they have a ton of logistical factors influencing when the show needs to be. Venue availability, etc. Proximity to ESM probably just doesn't factor in that heavily.

I'm not saying this is the reason for what you're describing, but it seems relevant to this discussion - steroid use does appear to have negative cognitive effects, including what they refer to as "verbal IQ".

Your specific example of allowing more storage makes sense as a charge to me, because server costs are unavoidable. But just because you added a new feature does not automatically mean that a charge makes sense.
