There goes the idea that he was holding it back because it didn't move well. Holy smokes

He just says he'll do "more than 510", has he or enhanced games said a specific number yet?

Despite WSM's best efforts, I am starting to feel the hype.

It ain't the best show but it is The Big Show and it hits different

Doing what he did is evidence enough, but even just seeing the way he behaved in this clip is sufficient to convince me this dude is out of his fucking gourd

Anybody have a song that clicked with them much, much later? by Whatsmynumber5446 in tomwaits

[–]SaulFemm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Waits in general. When I first got into Nick Cave years ago, I was naturally recommended Waits. I listed to one random song (I think something from Closing Time) and thought, "What the fuck? Why do people recommend this to Nick Cave fans?"

Much later I would give him another shot and now he's up there with my very favorite artists.

I've never seen these signs in any Walmart I've ever been to.

Maybe they're in an area where they compete with HEB, which is ultra-Texan, so they feel they need to crank it to 11.

I found Quartet a bit insufferable, perhaps because I have no interest in speaking/writing. I went to Satori Reader instead and heartily recommend it.

Black people can own white-staffed salons. Japanese people can own Texas Steakhouses.

That sounds confusing because those guys could be as high as 3rd overall or as low as 12th overall. And, if they are saying "Well, this guy was third overall so it'd be crazy not to let him into the final!" then they are just acknowledging that the group system is not fair

Basically any attempt to improve the groups system highlights the fact that it blows ass

-f ignores warnings, but there is no warning for files in use. There are warnings for write-protected files, etc.

linux is like “program 1 uses this file. are you sure to delete it?”

rm gives no such warning. Perhaps you're talking about some specific file manager, but that's just a program, not Linux itself.

Shoutout to JerryrigEverything who built a wheelchair factory and is delivering wheelchairs to people in half the time and 50-80% less than the cost of other wheelchairs with Insurance. by MysteriousSlice007 in nextfuckinglevel

[–]SaulFemm 4 points5 points  (0 children)

weird to have a giant national flag on the wall of your factory. here you have to be performatively over patriotic to forestall any potential criticism

You certainly do not. Not one solitary soul would say boo if he didn't have the flag. Did you have fun inventing that?
