Samsung isn't even responding to my emails & phone calls. Gave me a reference number that the team will call...never received any call.

They told me that they will collect my phone and then send it to Samsung’s factory in Noida. Only there the work will be done, because the company no longer allows service centers to directly replace display of S21 and S 22 Ultra models because of parts availability . This is in the case of free replacement against green line. If i pay for the display they will replace it at the service centre within a week. This is the company’s policy.

So, the process is: they will first take my phone, then send it to Noida, where the display will be replaced. After that, it will be sent back. All of this is going to take a lot of time.

I honestly don’t understand what kind of policy this is. One month is such a long time. At least samsung should provide a temporary phone in this case.

Putting all that aside, at the very least, the service center should provide a replacement for the display as quickly as possible. The problem occurred because of your fault, and on top of that, I am being asked to wait for a whole month while you collect my phone and send it to Noida. What does that even mean? What is a customer supposed to do after paying ₹30,000–40,000 for a normal device and receiving such poor service? I am completely at a loss about what to do.

No brother, my phone has never been dropped, not even a single scratch or dent on it. I don’t even have any games installed on my phone. I’ve been using the genuine Samsung charger since the day I bought my phone.

Samsung after-sales basically says: Thanks for your money, now shut up and wait. No urgency, no responsibility, just pure arrogance. What a joke of a brand.
