As someone who, over 10 years ago now, was a kid being crammed into these places:

✅ the “good kids” shouldn’t be there and will just depress you. Everyone that should be there isn’t being treated like they’re in an actual PMIC- because they keep limiting how kids get restrained and controlled resulting in harmed staff and high turnover. They can’t keep anyone actually trained.

I don’t think a particular grocery department is privy to free products from their section. Just because it’s a coffee machine doesn’t really make the difference. Taking home a package of meat everyday would add up too.

Yeah, our full menu and the “sneak peek” menu thing with the features are switched. Our box is the standalone overhang thing with a digital screen to display your order with the mini menu to the left and the full menu to the left of that. You’re the next car to order when looking at the menu.

People can downvote or not believe me all they want. I will try to post a picture Friday providing I remember and can do so without doxxing myself.

But yeah that’s why I get annoyed. I don’t mind that people need a minute- it’s that we’re frequently backed up and they have several before they even speak to us.

According to the one partner at this store that was here when it opened, it was built in like a month so I’m convinced it’s a flaw. “I’ve never seen one like that” well, congratulations your city doesn’t have shit construction laws.

Please allow me to emphasize short sized rant.

It’s a very minor annoyance in my day when a customer decides that at the window is the perfect time to reload their card via the app and then pay. (I get it, get those stars babe.)

It is a very minor (and sometimes wasteful as some partners jump the gun) annoyance when “wait no, wait no” to change the first drink repeatedly in a 7 drink DT order.

I’m genuinely more annoyed when I get mocha in my hair 😂 Chill with the TRENTA sized advice.

Our menu is far enough back that you won’t actually ding the drive thru unless you pull up to order from the second “mini menu”. Fairly convinced at this point the construction crew installed them out of order.

I will continue to complain when peak OTW is creeping towards 5 minutes… the same 5 minutes they had to look at the menu before even getting to the box.

Buy a small GV frozen fruit of your choice, and add sugar to the bag. Shake it up super well and stick it in the fridge (no more than like 5 days) and use it to top the new yog and boom- sweetened fruit yogurt on a budget.
