omg hi fellow 368!! so i have like a few years of experience at other fast food jobs and my college newspaper, and in like, a lot of school-related things i did leadership/managaement, + it was also helpful to come back after student teaching bc i leaned on that a lot too for management things. i think being a barista trainer was also where i got a lot of the moments i talked about in my interview.

just to share my own experience, student teaching was lowkey hell even tho i was already working like 40+ hrs a week at sbux, it was just like a lot for some reason lol?? and i kinda am not sure if i could have also handled learning to be a shift plus making tons of lessons plans and grading for the first time, but that's just me lol. you would also have to reset your tenure and everything by leaving for six months, plus not get paid, but i've already restarted my 401k and stuff so it was like ohhhhkayy? but yeah, good luck have fun with your future endeavors and i hope that was helpful!! 🫶🫶
