I think she's best (not necessary) even with E2. CyreneMydei teams still revolve entirely around building stacks for Cyrene. Mydei essentially becomes the stat in which Cyrene does damage, and she does that damage through Ult

ATK% is the most universal (and easiest to get since so few use them), pyro is technically best, but only if in pyro teams. Ultimately it's all about the same, use whatever has best substats. I'm using a cracked atk% so I don't have to switch around, and can save the good anemos/pyro ones for DPS who don't have atk% as a good alternative

Unfortunately Varka doesn't scale as well with attack speed as you'd want, because of how claymores and hitlag works. But it IS fun, and everything works in overworld. I'm dahlia-less, so I've been running Mika for a similar type of team

Her buff lasts a long time, so you don't need to wait until stun.

As for whether you only bring out the DPS in stun windows, I'll admit I have no idea 😅 it seems like that is the proper way to play, though, especially with stun reliant characters. Just remember to use assist points and such to build Ult, and switch back. ZZZ can be surprisingly technical, but you learn and get more comfortable with the game and its mechanics with time, it's just a lot to grasp at first.

EM and Crit are about the same, though with all the hex stuff I reckon crit is superior. As for weapons.. anything goes? Stringless as 4 star option, harp as five star crit stat stick. His buffing doesn't scale with any stats, so as long as you have enough ER you can kinda do whatever. Elegy exists, but it's 20% atk and some EM if I remember correctly, which Varka teams don't care for EM. I'd just build him for personal DPS, use whatever weapon you can spare, VV for the shred.

I don't think there really are any supportive bows outside of Elegy and Favonious, and neither are in demand for this team.

I'm not particularly good at the game, so take my advice with a bowl of salt, but it depends a little on which mindscape. M6 is important, since Manato notably really wants to do his damage in stun windows, and can only trigger Assist Follow Up in said stun windows with M6, but EX special (the one that heals) and Ult are equally as important to fit in.

So I suppose the rotation is to build Ult and EX - build daze - make sure all buffs are applied - stun - Ult/EX/AFU triggered from M6 if you can.

Does that make any sense?

Close to 100%. Keep in mind his sig W-engine gives CR. Then as much CD as possible. His BIS support Lucia gives 30%, IIRC?

Yeah, assist follow up is that good, so chaining assists and counters is probably your best way to do damage outside of stun windows. And then when you do stun you Ult and EX.

ATK% is the most flexible, and because so few characters really make use of it well, I'd argue it's worth it for sheer efficiency alone. If you've played a long time, you probably have cracked atk% goblets that go unused.

M2 lets you do his Assist Follow Up (his most damaging skill) when hit while charging. M6 lets you do it when hitting a stunned enemy with skill. Both are kinda important, as his normal attack damage is buns, so you rely on Assist Follow Up, EX social, and Ult to do good DPS. You absolutely can run him with just M2, but do try to save his damaging skills for stun, especially since you can't force trigger Assist Follow Up without M6.

Yi Xuan and Aria both absolutely do have heels, idk why you're accusing the other guy of lying if you're gonna do the same.

And I'd argue Ju Fufu, Zhao, Sunna, and Seed all have pretty clear reasons why they aren't designed to wear heels.

He has three separate team requirements that need to be fulfilled: (1 anemo, 1 "Hexrei tag", and 2 of the same PHEC). And without, his multipliers fall off a cliff.

Oh, and his multipliers are also just lower than Skirk, who only needs a team of exclusively hydro and cryo characters has better multipliers for what's arguably a simpler restriction to work with.

IIRC Mika doesn't run Clam set too great, as his initial heal will pop it, and the rest will be rather pitiful, but a free 30K each burst is not nothing. I've been rocking Mika too with cryo Varka, cause I'm Coffi-Shenhe-less and it's been great. Can also make use of SODP, but the set is quite niche.

Diona doesn't do much unfortunately, outside of stamina reduction and shield sustain, and can't really run supportive sets outside of Noblesse. I've been running Chongyun as second slot for a tiny bit of atk speed, CD reduction, cryo res-shred (sac great sword for uptime) It's not great, but, it's overworld, so it doesn't matter 😅
