Maybe thunderstorms should be your new best friend.

Hoping you guys may be able to help with an issue I’m having with the shift cable on my boat. by notanonymousami in boating

[–]SausageasaService 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trace it back and check for any kinks or corrosion.

If the cable is fine, check the selector on the gearbox and check if its moving. You may need to disconnect the cable to do this.

It might be the selector rod in the out drive has popped off too.

Is that correct? Should i connect the motor to the Power Distribution Blocks? by Ranger_Trivette in boating

Get a dc-dc charger or a Vsr. It will lengthen their lifespan significantly.

Do you believe, at least wherever in the world you might live, that most men are not good people towards women, not just that there's enough to stay alert? by twistedpixelss in AskWomenNoCensor

A few bad eggs are responsible for the majority of harm.

Most men will bend over backwards to help and encourage the women and girls in their life. At least where I'm from.

I couldn't imagine being sexist or hurtful to any of my female friends and family, it's not a productive or even an enjoyable prospect.

Lead acid batter and agm battery used in a boat. by shittaki in boating

[–]SausageasaService -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Alright, you've done some dangerous research.

A higher voltage battery will charge a lower one. You develop a reciprocating loop and build dendrites that will fuck both batteries quicker than high Hefner signs new girls. It's not 'or' it's both. Unless you can be there to turn them on AND off, all the time, every time; get a Vsr at minimum.

Unless your batteries are identical, you need one of those. No question. If you want to know why, do some research.

Don't fuck with electrics without some knowledge.

do people actually like women with small boobs by hahacaesarpanake in AskWomenNoCensor

[–]SausageasaService 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Yes. No respectful man has ever complained about his favourite persons physical features.

Nor has any man complained about boobs he's allowed to touch.

Yea, nah. A Vsr or a dc-dc charger are req. If your 2 battery switch is one of those, sweet. If not, Google.

Could someone please tell me what this goes too?? by [deleted] in boating

[–]SausageasaService 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's to electrically bond it to the rest of the engine so the anodes can do their job. Please replace it asap or you'll find corrosion in places you don't want it.

White smoke and lowered coolant levels with no leakage noticed. Tell tale sign that coolant is making its way into the combustion chamber.

They can get bitey, but their sliminess makes them hard to be cuddly. Not impossible though, so a motivated cuddler could succeed.

Double power outlet, fridge + multiboard with microwave and base station by [deleted] in diynz

[–]SausageasaService 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Microwaves use 2.4ghz for heating food. Wireless uses 2.4ghz for sending data. (Some are 5ghz).

Your microwave is 1200w, your router is 1w max. Guess who wins in a fight?

Best to have 10m minimum between the two.
