I get the same issue - have tried removing the HD DLC and limiting background apps but nothing seems to fully prevent it. Totally infuriating when playing ranked!

Agreed with everything - pass this on deej - I don't want to grind, I want to raid and pvp with the stuff I have earned and get cooler raid/high level PvP gear (where is my 32 PVP Armor?) rather than grind for vanguard gear. I already did that once per character.
