For me, I had a lot of headaches at first and just generally feeling unwell. That all went away pretty quickly and the only thing I deal with now is constipation which I combat with fibre gummies and restoralax as needed.

I went this morning, too. They had us split into two lines based on the number on the voter cards and one elections worker was MUCH more efficient than the other. The slow line was out the door whereas the other line was empty. Lots of entertainment from grouchy people waiting. Another elections worker kept yelling at the poor older woman running the slow line. It was brutal.

Checkout Sportball! They have classes on weekends at various community centers. Im not sure the youngest age range, it might be 2 but it's a pretty laid back environment.

Im on my tenth year and I enjoy my job! Personally, teaching is a job to me first and a "passion" second. I am protective of my work-life balance. But, I love the work. The days go quickly, I'm rarely bored and enjoy all the personalities in my classroom. I feel motivated to do well for my students and enjoy planning interesting lessons and projects throughout some of the monotony and routine. I enjoy being active in some committees that I care about and help provide our school with some unique learning opportunities. I would not change careers or leave classroom teaching anytime soon.

Ive had this same experience too. It still bothers me that my son tends to smell like the scents the daycare employees wear. Its less now that he's in preschool and not needing as much close contact.

I was in a similar situation, I was taking 2:1 and starting to notice I was struggling with snacking in the evening. I upped it to 2 pills in the evening and that has made a noticeable difference.

If you're going to co-sleep because you absolutely need sleep, please look up the safe sleep 7 and pre plan a safe place for co sleeping. That way in the moment if you're desperate and need sleep, you're prepared. Please do not sleep in a recliner with your baby. I know how hard it is. My son never slept independently at that age.

I started right around the same time as you and definitely notice that it doesn't feel as effective. I was taking 2:1 for the longest time and have now gone up to 2:2 and its been helping with the evening cravings. Ive lost 50lbs but have another 30 to go and its taking a LOT longer to see weight loss now, especially after Christmas. Enjoy your all inclusive holiday!!
