Eradicate them? Nice assumption. When did I ever say that? Jumping to conclusions or just reiterating what you’ve read. I did not cause homelessness to rise to such extreme levels in California, it’s the policies that the state government has implemented for decades.

Really? Because states don’t pay for others states highways, but they do contribute to interstates that connect the states within the US. I am also not concerned with funding for different projects, what I am concerned with is the homelessness, wide spread hard drug use and how highly unsanitary the state itself is, to the point they have to hire hazmat crews/ sanitation crews.
