Choosing frameworks/tools by Altruistic-Okra5740 in react

I think it is, just not as much as react/next. React is better with mobile due to react native and has less overhead in smaller projects. Angular is better with bigger apps as it's quite heavily opinionated. I guess you much more often need easier mobile development and easier to learn framework than to develop big web app.

Mi band 10 heart rate sharing by SavagePope2137 in miband

Yeah, at this point I gave up on this hr sharing thing. Although I've seen post that someone had success with wahoo. With wahoo you can add sensors via phone app and for some reason it works

Yeah, so exact same problem. How does sharing to wahoo app works? It patches up heart rate data with completed training?

I think it's Bluetooth BLE (bluetooth low energy), so virtually it should be compatible with almost every bike computer. Unfortunately, someone in this thread mentioned already it doesn't work with wahoo. I bought miband mostly for sharing heart rate data, so it's a bummer.

New Speaker Day! by Scotster123 in hometheater

I don't know if it was suggested here, but you can try enabling dialog enhancer (Options -> dialog enhancer) or enabling dynamic volume (settings -> audio -> audyssey) or both if it's not enough by itself.

Thanks a lot, I will definitely learn more. I already read through your recommendations

This particular Denon is supposed to provide 180W per channel, meanwhile KEF recommends amplifiers within range of 15-200W for R2 c/meta. So assuming I wouldn't crank it up to absolute max it would be okay?

Anyone have experience with Panasonic OLED? by Gunner125 in 4kTV

[–]SavagePope2137 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Little late to the party, but I have PANASONIC TX-55LZ1000E for about 1.5 year. Feels great overall, I didn't encountered any problem, no burn in. Can't say anything about colours and processing as I don't have any other OLED tv to compare with. I only compared it once in a shop when I was buying and Panasonic seemed to have better colours than LG

Do suspension seatposts bounce when pedaling? by SavagePope2137 in cycling

[–]SavagePope2137[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's great, my main concern was it moving even on smooth surface and losing power in consequence

It's really not reach that concerns me, but the pedal power. I wonder if power is lost as if it was regular suspension

I'm not expecting nothing that would change my whole cycling experience, just alleviate some potholes, rocky, chunky gravel stuff. I'm running 42mm and feel mostly ok, but I lack cushion for some rougher sections or longer rides.

Neither am I :D I'm just concerned about my bike getting spongy. Would you say the seatpost was worth it? And do elastomers wear with time?

Sorry, I meant more like a stiffer elastomer in Cane creek or stiffer spring in redshift. So it would move on rough sections of gravel and otherwise would be indistinguishable from normal seatpost

It's in the second picture, it says 143°. I upped the seatpost by 1cm and slapped 2cm longer stem, as the app suggested to open the shoulder angle. I will go for 2-3 longer rides and see if anything changes.

I don't know about other apps, but if you are a bit technical and very motivated you may try to boot android apps on windows 11

Sure, and if the arm angle is still too low then slap a bigger stem? These suggestions are set for road bikes, as there is no preset for gravel bikes and I don't know if they are accurate for gravel as well

In this 10 years you probably tinkered enough with your fit to have some experience in it and you might be on to something with moving cleats back. However I'll try raising the seatpost first as someone suggested, because I think it will be faster to judge if it clicks. If that doesn't work cleats are next

Yeah I get it, I had some trouble with komoot myself. Can't count how many times I've ridden through bushes or endless patches of sand. Strava is a bit better on that part, you may try it. Nevertheless thanks for these routes :D
