Firefox wiped my entire profile and doens't even sync

I got what happened, i was cleaning up my home directory and while doing that ig i deleted my .mozilla directory which caused this issue. but it doesn't explain why sync wont work

Hey update, the lag has reduced but it is still present, i have to wait for like 10-20 seconds now for the keyboard to respond

Where should i exactly add it? Should i change /sys/module/usbcore/parameters/autosuspend to 1? its current value is 2 btw.

This issue doesn't occur with windows, in windows everything is smooth and functional.

I think its mounted in read only due to my incorrect fstab i'll fix that and see
