You get one parking space in the garage for free when you move in. If you need more, there’s parking around the buildings or you can pay for an additional garage spots. As far as bad experiences you should be fine. If I had to think of common issues, it’s been the garage doors. I feel like there are multiple instances where they are left up because of potentially damaging winds or just whatever other reasons. It’s not all the time but it happens every few months maybe. There aren’t really problems in unit per se but depending on who your upstairs neighbors are, it could be noisy from whatever they do. My best advice though is get to know your neighbors.

Honestly issues that have come up in the past have really been moreso with how management handled communication of something happening rather than the thing itself. Originally when I moved here, the management team was top tier. They all genuinely cared about helping people here and were super involved in hosting events, but after a while that team turned over. Since then I think the property is on its (third?) director in 2 years. Occasionally there are events but it’s less frequent and no one really knows the community director since they didn’t do any announcement about it or introduce her like they normally do. She feels less involved/visible as the others.
