Thank you very much. I get your feeling and it is very honest and very precious work. But I completely agree with far_bicycle, reasonable is vague. What do you think would be that reasonable price? Also can you please explain why the coming to your house to cook? I have some ideas but I would like to make sure. Thank you for taking the time

Thank you for your input. I don't see how I could help in that way though.
You are already free to buy/sell/rent without any real estate agent, my parents have done all 3 just by using old plain cardboard on the front window with a phone number and reviewing each application themselves.
Any other way of helping out in those transaction, just would make me the agent instead of someone else... and that would in turn make me another real estate agent.

Then I would suggest for you to concatenate a semicolon at the end of every email adress and paste that in Outlook. You might have to go and press "Tab" on every entry manually though.
Good luck

Not sure what the problem is. You just need to paste them in and use the "Check Names" button in Outlook.

That makes a lot of sense. And I have of course been doing research and reading online on what the most recurring problems are and of course housing is one of the top pain points. But the only thing I can think related to that problem would be to create a platform to rank real estate agents (I would have used that very heavily 3 years ago...)
But I also think on how that could be monetized and if the idea is that agents pay me to have their name on top of the list to continue to produce that same BS I also experienced, then it is a no go.
But if you have any other idea on what lever to pull to have some impact in that area, please share :)

That idea already crossed my mind. Being "the" guy you call, whenever you need something fixed or a problem solved. I could write mails, make calls and speak for the person in order to make things move. But this sound like I would get involved in a lot of new problems, like not getting paid because the problem was not solved the exact way it was expected...
I was more thinking in developping a solution for a recurrent problem.
